2. GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS

2.1 Right to Cancel

You may cancel services according to the terms outlined below and in your specific project agreement. As all our services are project-based, cancellation terms vary based on the type of service and project stage.

  • Account access: Returned immediately

Content Marketing:

  • Before creation: 48 hours notice, 10% cancellation fee

  • During creation: 7 days notice, 50% cancellation fee

  • After delivery: Non-cancellable

3.4 Reputation Management Projects

  • Initial phase: 7 days notice, 25% cancellation fee

  • Active monitoring: 30 days notice, pro-rated fees

  • Crisis management: Non-cancellable once initiated

  • Review responses: Completed responses delivered

4. CANCELLATION PROCESS

4.1 Step-by-Step Process

  • We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours

5. IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION

5.1 Client-Initiated Immediate Cancellation

Available with payment of:

  • Applicable cancellation fees (as per stage)

  • Rush processing fee: ₹15,000 or $200

  • Forfeiture of refund eligibility

  • 24-hour account transition

5.2 Company-Initiated Immediate Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel immediately for:

6. PAUSE OPTION (ALTERNATIVE TO CANCELLATION)

Instead of cancellation, you may pause projects for up to 60 days:

  • Pause fee: ₹10,000 or $150 (one-time)

  • Holding fee: ₹3,000 or $50/month

  • Maximum pause: 2 times per project

  • Work preserved: All progress maintained

6.2 Reactivation

  • 7 days notice to reactivate

  • Subject to team availability

  • Timeline adjusted accordingly

  • Current rates apply if rates have changed

7. POST-CANCELLATION

7.1 Deliverables

Within 7 business days of settlement:

  • All completed work files

  • Account credentials and access

  • Analytics and performance reports

  • Documentation and strategy guides

  • Content calendars (if applicable)

  • Source files (if included in agreement)

7.2 Access Termination Timeline

  • Immediate: Social media account access returned

  • 24 hours: Project management platform access

  • 7 days: Cloud storage and shared drives

  • 14 days: Email communication threads

  • 30 days: Support for transition issues

7.3 Intellectual Property

  • Paid work: Rights transfer per agreement

  • Unpaid work: Remains our property

  • Third-party assets: Your responsibility to maintain licenses

  • Templates/frameworks: Remain our property unless purchased

8. NON-CANCELLABLE SERVICES

The following cannot be cancelled once initiated:

  • Emergency reputation management

  • Crisis communication responses

  • Live campaign launches (within 24 hours)

  • Published social media content

  • Submitted directory listings

  • Paid advertising spend

  • Third-party purchases

  • Completed and delivered work

  • Strategy sessions already conducted

  • Rush/expedited services

9. FINANCIAL SETTLEMENTS

9.1 Final Invoice Timeline

  • Issued within: 5 business days

  • Includes: Work completed, cancellation fees, adjustments

  • Payment due: 15 days from invoice date

  • Late fees: 2% per month on outstanding balance

9.2 Refund Processing

  • Timeline: 7-10 business days after settlement

  • Method: Original payment method

  • Currency: Original payment currency

  • Documentation: Provided for accounting purposes

10. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS UPON CANCELLATION

You must:

  • Settle all outstanding invoices

  • Return any agency property

  • Remove our agency's access to platforms

  • Update payment methods on ad accounts

  • Not use incomplete or unpaid work

  • Maintain confidentiality agreements

  • Provide feedback (optional but appreciated)

11. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

11.1 Hardship Cancellation

For documented financial hardship:

  • Payment plans available (up to 3 months)

  • Potential fee reduction (case-by-case)

  • Work delivery in phases

  • Requires financial documentation

11.2 Quality-Based Cancellation

If cancelling due to quality concerns:

  • Must complete revision rounds first
